Diversity is what makes a brilliant civilization. We need to remember this right NOW.
The beauty of music promotes understanding and openness across cultures.
The ensemble is an example of American musicians who have examined and explored the beauty and magnificence of sacred music from ancient and distant cultures fusing it with their own musical roots. Through this, they exemplify to the community that cultures have and can continue to co-exist peacefully. Music is a healing gift for the community and it is the “medicine” I carry and must give back. I’m glad to have this opportunity to reach out beyond my own fans and audiences to include the wider community of Los Angeles to hear, enjoy and appreciate how we blend ancient music gathered from many cultures with folk-rock, jazz, blues, R&B making it more accessible to modern ears. You will hear and feel the beautiful soul that is in these ancient & modern melodies, through voice and the musician’s mastery of their own musical and cultural backgrounds. May you see and hear yourselves in the sound and story.’
